YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide and continuously adapt solution strategy & vision, in line with overall company and portfolio strategy
- Provide and continuously update competitive analysis
- Define MVP and full capability model, for new solution, in line with strategy & market requirements
- Own solution P&L, monitor progress against targets, and be able to provide regular updates and recommendations to portfolio management and the board
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify cross functional requirements, agree priorities and drive solution roadmaps, providing business requirements in terms of functionality, costs, and solution interdependencies
- Work closely with development teams to clearly communicate vision, requirements, and priorities as well as monitor progress against target
- Define effective solution licencing model & pricing to enable sales and profitability
- Define and support launch and ongoing go to market activities, coordinate internal resources and provide content & key messaging for sales enablement and marketing
- Work closely with Sales to develop, realise, and enhance the opportunity pipeline
- Work closely with partners and lead commercial, legal and go to market activities
- Deliver internal and external strategic presentations to stakeholders of wide interests and organisation levels
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelorette degree in Busines and or Software
- At least 5 years of experience in retail software product management
- Proven experience as a product manager responsible for delivering large scale, multi-project technical solutions throughout the entire development life cycle, from inception to operation
- Domain knowledge of Self Service & scanless solutions for retailers, in-store processes and multichannel commerce platforms
- Strong analysis skills, able to identify and articulate market landscape, trends, needs, competitive situation and market potential
- Business development capabilities able to identify and articulate beneficial go to market approach and plan, as well as retailer’s business needs and dynamics
- P&L abilities to provide forecasts, and track progress of revenue, cost and budget accordingly
- Exceptional team player with proven ability to drive solutions from concept to delivery by coordinating across functional areas to plan, deliver, market, sell, and support retail industry solutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to engage, brief, and present to people from a wide variety of roles and organisations
- Strong drive, creative thinking and solution finding approach, identifying and mitigating risks whilst advocating and accelerating objective achievement
- Ability to travel frequently and on short notice (when possible pandemic wise)
- Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively utilising a variety of meeting, video and collaboration tools
- Be a native speaker/ fluent in English, and ideally also German
- Experience with agile methodologies, such as Kanban, Scrum & SAFe
- Jira and confluence experience- an advantage
